House rules

These few points keep a visit predictable — for both sides. We go through them briefly on arrival.

Adults only

The studio receives guests aged 18 and over, by appointment. We may ask for proof of age.

Consent comes first

You can ask for the treatment to change or stop at any moment. Your therapist may state their limits just as freely; that is not up for negotiation.

We do not provide sexual services

Velvet House offers sensual massage. We do not provide or arrange sexual services; pressing for them ends the visit immediately, and the treatment remains payable.

Cleanliness

A shower is available on arrival, and we ask you to use it. Fresh linen and disinfection after every guest.

Sober arrival

We cannot receive guests who are heavily intoxicated.

No photography or recording

Photographs and recordings are not allowed in the studio — this protects your discretion too.

Punctuality

Your treatment starts at the booked time. If you are late, we treat you for the time that remains.

Cancellation

Please let us know at least 2 hours ahead if you cannot make it.
