Privacy notice

In short: we ask only for what a booking needs, and keep it only as long as we must.

What we collect

A first name, a phone number, optionally an email address, the chosen treatment, the requested time and any note you write. We never ask for a full name, a home address or an ID number.

Why

Solely to confirm your booking and arrange the appointment (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (a) — pre-contractual step, and consent).

How long

For 12 months after the visit, then deleted. If you ask, we delete immediately.

Who we share it with

Nobody. We pass nothing to marketing companies and use no tracking cookies or third-party analytics.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy, a correction or the deletion of your data at any time. A phone call with your booking reference is enough.

Cookies

Only strictly necessary technical data. No Google Analytics, no advertising pixels.
