The house
An apartment, not a waiting room.
The studio occupies a quiet apartment in the city centre. Only as many guests are inside as there are rooms — you will not meet anyone in the hallway unless you want to.
Private rooms
Every treatment happens behind a closed door, in its own room. A shower and fresh towels are always available.
Discreet arrival
The exact address is sent with your confirmation. There is no sign on the building and no name on the bell.
Your pace
Your time starts with the treatment, not with your arrival. Come early and settle in.

Do I need to book in advance?
Yes. The studio receives guests by appointment only, so nobody ever has to wait.
Is this a sexual service?
No. Velvet House is an adults-only studio specialising in sensual massage — we do not provide or arrange sexual services. We agree the boundaries of the treatment on arrival, and both sides’ limits hold throughout.
How discreet is it?
The exact address is shared only with confirmed guests. There is no sign on the building, your details are never shared, and nothing revealing appears on a bank statement.
What should I bring?
Nothing. Towels, a shower and toiletries are all here.
How can I pay?
Cash or card. You know the price in advance and there is no surcharge on site.
Can I cancel?
Any time — please call at least 2 hours before your slot so somebody else can take it.
Can we come as a couple?
Yes, by arrangement. Mention it in the booking note and we will call you with the details.
